2021 Accommodation Rates
All cottages have
2 beds (1large and an additional large or small bed and some rooms have more beds in particular the Family Rooms) Each
cottage/room is has a private bathroom with hot
shower, TV, refrigerator, fan & air-con. If guests request none
air-con – we simply switch off the air-con and we reduce the rate by P200 per
night per cottage or room.
Most cottages can accommodate comfortably 4 to 6 persons
Beside cottages we
offer large family rooms perfect for a large group & a family accommodation. These brand-new rooms come in different sizes and can accommodate
up 8, 10, 12, 16 and 20 persons. For the Budget traveler we offer several new
Dorm rooms for males, females and mixed couples.

NEW DORM ACCOMMODATION ROOMS
We have 3 categories of brand new and spacious Dormitories.
Male Dormitory – Female Dormitory and mixed female/male Dormitory
Each Dormitory has single, double and Bunkbeds. All dormitory rooms have a private bathroom with hot shower. Safe and lockers are available. Linen, soap & towel are included in our rate.
Our dorm facilities can accommodate small and large groups up to 150 persons.

Deposit: For final confirmation we request a one night deposit
Deposit Refund: Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled 7 days before arrival full refund.
If cancelled within 4 and 7 days of arrival one night will not be refunded
If cancelled within 3 days of arrival NO REFUND on the entire booking. However, we will give you a voucher valued of the full amount of your deposit that you can apply toward the next reservation
If there is a No Show No refund will be issued
If there is a No Show Due to flight cancellation or other situation beyond your control you may rebook at No extra charge and the total deposit will be applied toward the new booking. Or you can request a full refund.
Transfers & Pick-up Charges
SURIGAO CITY TO SIARGAO TRANSFER CHARGES one-way
Surigao Airport Pick-up to the Surigao pier/ferry – then pick up again at Dapa/Siargao pier to Patrick’s on the Beach
